Immunization Questions

Students wishing to attend Clayton State University must meet the immunization requirements set by the Board of Regents. They are as follows:

• 2 MMR’s or 2 Measles, 1 Mump, 1 Rubella or Proof of immunity
• Proof of Chicken Pox Disease or 2 Varicella’s (students wishing to prove their immunity may have blood work done
• Tetanus Booster within the last 10 (ten) years
• Students 18 years old or younger are required to complete the Hepatitis B series
• Students applying for Laker Hall are strongly encouraged to take Meningoccal.

All immunizations are provided at University Health for a fee. Please see fee schedule for pricing details.
