Flu Shots

Beginning Monday October 5th, UHS will have offering seasonal flu shots in the clinic (211 STC) during our regular business hours.

NOTE: The H1N1 vaccine is free of charge, however, there will be a $5.00 administration fee to cover for additional supply costs. Current CSU students will receive the H1N1 vaccine FREE and NOT have to pay the $5.00 administration fee. Faculty and Staff who have paid the health fee for Fall semester will also receive the vaccine without the administration fee. All other university community members and the surrounding community will only have to pay the $5.00 administration fee to receive the H1N1.

We will contact you once we have the H1N1 vaccine available and the times and locations to receive the vaccine. Please check LakerLines and the UHS website regularly for updated information.

Students	$15.00
Faculty, Staff, and Household Family Members	$15.00
General Public	$20.00

NOTE: Members of the Clayton State University community will need to provide their Laker ID to receive the discounted price. Faculty and staff members will need to accompany any family members interested in getting the flu shot.
