Cost

All currently enrolled students have assessed a health fee. The CSU faculty and staff are also required to pay the health fee each semester for services in the UHS. The health fee covers unlimited office visits to UHS, free over the counter medications and prophylaxis. There are additional fees for prescribed medications, lab services, and immunizations.

Each student is offered the following per semester:

• 1 free of the following:
  • Rapid Strep Test
  • Pregnancy Test
  • HIV screening
  • Well Check Up Exam
  • Pelvic Exam with Treatment (if needed)
• Also, unlimited Urine Analysis with Treatment (if needed)

Faculty and staff who pay the health fee during Fall Semester will receive a FREE Flu shot and unlimited office visits. Faculty and staff who pay the health fee during Spring Semester will have unlimited office visits for both Spring AND Summer Semesters.
