School of Nursing
Kaiser Permanente Bridge Program
Clayton State University is pleased to announce a partnership with Kaiser Permanente that allows students in the BSN program basic licensure track to qualify for a discounted plan of personal health insurance coverage. Enrollment eligibility will be limited to the student's tenure in the BSN program. Carefully review criteria on flyer to determine if you qualify.
Note: International students must adhere to the Mandatory Health Insurance Coverage policy administered by the University System of Georgia. It requires participation in a discounted group health insurance plan currently offered through Pearce and Peace, Inc. Therefore, international students are ineligible for the Kaiser Permanente Bridge Program.
Enrollment requires submission of supporting documentation and separate Kaiser Permanente application. Please attach documentation to this check list along with completed application; then submit to School of Nursing.
Enrollment benefits are detailed in this brochure.
