AdvisorTrac can be accessed online both on- and off-campus at http://tutoring.clayton.edu:8000/AdvisorTrac/default.html

Enter User Name and Password then click on Login.
Click on Go To then Make An Appointment.
Select the center School of Nursing.
Select reason for appointment (i.e. course changes) then click on Search.
To utilize drop-in times, no further action is required.
To schedule an appointment, select from the available dates and times. Appointments must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance. If no dates are shown, you may have to extend your dates of availability.
Save appointment.
Your appointment date and time will be displayed and an email confirmation will be sent to your CSU account.
If you need to cancel your appointment, you may do so by clicking the date of your appointment from the "MAIN MENU". You will not be able to schedule another appointment until the following day.
