- Many of the scholarship donors require an interview with those students whose names are put forward by the CSU Scholarship Committee. In this case, the hospital will determine the final award recipients.
- Most scholarships require a service commitment after graduation of one to two years. A signed contract is required.
- Concerning the DeKalb scholarship, the money will be divided over two semesters to insure that you are making satisfactory progress in the nursing program.
- If a student fails to pass required courses, withdraws from a course(s), or fails to complete the service commitment, the student is responsible for refunding the full amount of the financial assistance received to the CSU Foundation.
